Fifty million. That’s the number of people in America who have some type of arthritis. And this number continues to increase every year. At Norton Orthopaedic Care, our specialists provide comprehensive care for all types of arthritis, including osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis and fibromyalgia. If you suffer from any of these types of arthritis, you know how difficult even the simplest daily activities can be.
Norton Orthopaedic Care specialists focus on reducing the pain and discomfort your arthritis causes by promoting lifestyle changes such as exercise, physical therapy and dietary adjustments. If these methods are ineffective, however, your specialist may suggest medication and sometimes surgery.
Men and women of all ages can develop arthritis. Our ultimate goal in arthritis treatment is to restore full range of motion and maximum joint function.
