Brian Plato, D.O., is a board-certified neurologist with the Norton Neuroscience Institute. Dr. Plato received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his residency and internship at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in neurology, where he also completed a mini-fellowship in headache medicine. His special area of medical interest is headache medicine.
Dr. Plato is actively involved with the Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy organization, which promotes public awareness of headaches and related issues. A few of his professional memberships include the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, Commonwealth Neurological Society and the Southern Headache Society of which he is a board member.
